In the dialog below:

1. First verify that you have selected the correct options regarding blank VINs and truck classes.
2. Then click on Open List from DMV.
3. Select an Excel file containing your incomplete truck records suitably formatted.

After the Excel file has been read, you will be sent to the review screen to select and confirm the imported records.
